Room Temperature items

Keep these products at room temperature, in a closed air-tight container to protect them from humidity. 

You can re-heat these products in a pre-heated oven at 350°F. We recommend reheating by small intervals, checkingcaon the items every 2 to 5 minutes for small items such as mini pies or cookies, and every 5 to 10 minutes for larger items like our 10" pies. When reheating an item, please be mindful that every oven is different, and it is most important to keep an eye on your products while they are in the oven. 

These products can also be frozen if you don't plan to consume it within the recommended 3 days. Thaw it and place in a pre-heated oven following the reheating instructions above. 

Bars and Others

Keep these products at room temperature, in a closed air-tight container to protect them from humidity. When kept in a very warm space, it is preferable to place them in the fridge to prevent any layers to melt. Take them out of the fridge between 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

These products cannot be frozen or reheated, and should be consumed within 3 days after pick up or delivery.

Refrigerated products and Cream Cheese Cakes

Keep these products refrigerated, in a closed air-tight container to protect them from humidity. Take them out of the fridge right before serving. 

These products cannot be frozen and should never be re-heated, and should be consumed within 3 days after pick up or delivery.

Buttercream and Ganache Cakes

Keep these products refrigerated, in a closed air-tight container to protect them from humidity. Take them out of the fridge before serving, according to the following instructions:
 
- Mini and Small cakes : 2 hours before serving
- Medium cakes : 3 hours before serving
- Large cakes : 3 to 4 hours before serving
- Two-tier cakes : at least 4 hours before serving, with a maximum of 5.

Please note that your cake should never be left in the sun, and that these times should be reduced if the cake is going to be left in a warm environment, over 25°C. If you notice any drooping, place the cake back into the fridge to allow the buttercream to set again. 

These products cannot be frozen, should never be re-heated, and should be consumed within 3 days after pick up or delivery.
